Kevin is a founding member of Aurum Fund Management Ltd and is Senior Executive Officer of Aurum Funds Limited in London.

Kevin has been investing in the alternative investment markets for more than 20 years and oversees Aurum’s research, risk and investment processes. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Computer & Control Engineering.

Kevin is a trustee of Absolute Return for Kids (ARK) and the One to One Children’s Fund.

Adam Sweidan is a founding member and Chief Investment Officer of Aurum Fund Management Ltd. He is a Director of Aurum Funds Limited, several of Aurum’s Bermuda listed offshore funds and Aurum Research Limited, the research arm of the Aurum Group.

Adam has been investing in the alternative investment market for more than 17 years. Prior to co-founding Aurum Fund Management Ltd Adam worked as a hedge fund research analyst for European Investment Managers (EIM).  He graduated from Northwestern University in Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.

Adam is a founder and trustee of the Synchronicity Foundation, a Bermuda based trust that supports a range of charitable projects worldwide.

David is a founding member of Aurum Fund Management Ltd. He is also Head of Marketing of Aurum Funds Limited.

David has been investing in alternative investments for more than 16 years. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and an Masters in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town.

Jane is a Director of Aurum Funds Limited. Jane has been involved in the running and management of the Aurum companies since their inception in 1994. She is also the Chief Compliance Officer of Aurum Funds and Head of Operations in the UK.

Before joining the Aurum Group Jane worked for 16 years for a group involved extensively in the oil, banking and insurance industries throughout West Africa and worked closely on a project to establish an international bank.

Jane is a Member of the Securities & Investment Institute.

Mr Cottingham has been a Partner with Arthur Morris & Company, based in Bermuda, since 1982. Mr Cottingham has over 20 years experience in the investment industry as a director, trustee and committee member of various investing entities and as an investor himself.

Mr Cottingham has been a Director and shareholder of Aurum Fund Management Ltd since 1994. He is also a director of Continental Sponsors Limited and Global Fund Services Ltd.

Mr Cottingham is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bermuda.

Mr Morris has been a Director and shareholder of Aurum Fund Management Ltd since 1994 and is a director of the Aurum Funds, Continental Sponsors Limited and Global Fund Services Ltd. He has also been a partner with Arthur Morris & Co. a Bermuda firm of chartered accountants since February 1978. Mr Morris entered public practice as a chartered accountant in 1961.

Mr Morris has also been the President of Continental Management Limited since 1976 and Continental Trust Corporation Limited since June 1994.

Mr Morris is a Member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nova Scotia, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bermuda.

Mrs Morrison is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Newfoundland, Canada and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bermuda.  She is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

She joined the Arthur Morris Group of Companies in Bermuda in January 2002 as a manager and prior to arriving in Bermuda she articled with Grant Thornton LLP in Newfoundland, Canada for three years. Mrs Morrison has been Finance Director of Aurum Fund Management since 2008.

Mr Morris gained a BA in Political Science at York University Toronto in 1992 and is a certified public accountant.  Mr Christopher Morris worked in Canada with a number of firms of chartered accountants, returning to Bermuda in 1998 to join the Arthur Morris Group of Companies and became a Partner in 2005.

He has been an executive of Continental Management Limited since August 1998 and is executive vice-president of Continental E-Commerce Solutions Limited.  Mr Morris is a director of Aurum Fund Management Ltd., Continental Sponsors Ltd. and a director of the Aurum Funds and other financial services entities.

Mr Hopkin has worked in the Bermuda alternative investment industry since 2003, firstly for 18 months as a senior Associate of the audit department of Arthur Morris and Company, and following that for 4 years with a local medium-sized fund administrator where he was an Account Manager, then promoted to Head of Operations, before joining Continental Management Limited.

Mr Hopkin’s primary responsibilities include regulatory compliance, internal control reviews and reports in relation to the Aurum Funds.

Mr Hopkin holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Durham and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

Ruth started her career as a proprietary trader at JP Morgan before moving to the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation as Head of their London Fixed Income team as well as being on the investment committee for GIC’s external manager allocations.  More recently Ruth was a Principal at Antarctica Asset Management with marketing, distribution and strategy responsibilities. Ruth was also a Partner at BlueCrest as Director of Marketing.

Mrs Gibbons has worked for Arthur Morris, Christensen & Co. since 1998 and is the corporate administrator for Aurum and all of the Aurum Funds. She was a Administrative Assistant to the Minister and Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Works and Engineering of the Government of Bermuda prior to 1998.
